NDP lose official party status but pick up some yardwork.

Ottawa -
“I’m actually looking forward to losing the suit and getting my hands dirty.” Said one defeated MP who’s name isn’t important anymore. After the worst showing in the history of the once influential party of Ed Broadbent and Thomas Mulcair, the NDP was reduced to seven seats in Parliament. “Not enough to form a party, but the perfect number for a poker game! Mi’right?!” Said interim leader, Don Davies. “Kind of glad Jagmeet lost his own riding, he’s a nice guy but looked down his nose at our weekly game.” MP’s from other parties got together to hire the remaining members for yardwork. “It’s the least we can do.” Said one Liberal MP. “They’d just be sitting around in Parliament taking up space, might as well get some exercise! Plus, they grow some great organic stuff!”
