TheCanadianer.com effs off to the cottage, millions without credible news source.
Toronto –
The creative forces behind the groundbreaking news site TheCanadianer.com announced they would be heading to the cottage, without Internet, for one week. The news was not taken well, as thousands took to the streets to protest being left to read banal news stories that veered either too far right or left and had zero chuckles. When reached for comment at the Shawville Bakery in Pontiac County PQ, a spokesperson for the universally adored site said, “Hey, just wanna kill some beers at the lake, read a book, eat some hot dogs, plus I’m not over her yet.” The globally heralded publication is expected to be back full strength on June 27th. The owners have asked those affected to be peaceful.
