“It was aimless, and just kind of meandered... so, naturally we’re forced to charge Canadians a bunch more for basic groceries next year.” Said a spokesperson between bites of a catered lobster lunch at Galen Weston’s office. Loblaws denies that they’ve officially run out of inane excuses for price-gouging, so they’ve branched out into blaming streaming services. Just in time for Christmas, it was announced that food prices would jump 5% in 2025. When asked if Weston had any comments on Canadians suffering and a record number of people using food banks, he said he hoped that Season 4 wouldn’t feel like it could have been 2 episodes.
