Montreal –

The buck stopped at the desk of Air Canada’s CEO this week after more horror stories came forward about Air Canada’s horrendous treatment of passengers with physical challenges. “In sober retrospect, we regret the idea.” Said Michael Rousseau. “Using our valued passengers in wheelchairs to distribute alcohol is not, and never has been, part of our airlines proud tradition of customer service.” Reaction to the statement drew mixed reactions from travelers. One Winnipeg passenger commenting - “Hey, I’m not saying it was fair, but it’s the only time I’ve been on Air Canada when I got a drink without having to ask five times. Go Jets!”
